Our fully qualified and highly experienced translators work in collaboration with our project managers to ensure a seamless transition from conception to successful completion - whatever the deadline. We enjoy delivering high quality services on time. At Eyecom Translations we use a proven work process which is designed to ensure high quality and accurate delivery of translated documents. After a job request is initiated by the customer, a “Purchase Order” is agreed and signed by the customer and Eyecom. The “Purchase Order” includes all information regarding the project including the source and target languages, delivery formats and the volume of the project as well as the time schedule. The translation files can be sent to Eyecom Translations by e-mail, fax or courier. The project is then assigned to an Eyecom Project Manager who selects a team of linguists and monitors the project to its completion, ensuring the timetable and quality standards set with the customer. When a large project requires several translators working at the same time, all translators use the same conventions, ensuring a consistent use of terminology and writing style. Latest Translation Memory tools are always used in large projects, providing an additional level of quality assurance. Should the translator(s) have questions/queries about the translation, the Project Manager gets the answers from the designated contact person of the customer and relays the information to the translator(s). After the translations are completed and edited, the final documents are sent to the customer in the previously agreed format and on the promised date.
