Turkish (TR)

Turkish is the most popular member of the Turkic language family of some thirty languages, spoken across a vast area from Eastern Europe to Siberia and Western China. Turkish and the Turkic languages are traditionally considered to be part of the Altaic language family.

There are more than 150 million people speaking Turkic languages around the world. Turkish is the most popular language among all Turkic languages and is spoken by more than 70 million people in the Republic of Turkey.
